From the park bench to the office chair.
(1985, Argentina) Creative careers rarely unfold in a straight line. In my twenties, I decided to become independent and make it on my own in the world as an illustrator. After a stint as an illustrator’s assistant, I found myself without work and unable to find a place to live. For a month, I lived on the street and slept on park benches.
I never considered going back to my parents’ home and turning away from my dream. Even then, I believed in my heart I could still change my destiny. I found a way to contact the owner of the company that I had worked for the year before, and as luck would have it, he hired me again. There, I met amazing artists that are still my best friends today, and they encouraged me to enroll in university. Three years after, I was received my graphic designer diploma of honor for best qualifications. From 1990, I worked for many companies in Buenos Aires, helping many professionals to grow their business using graphic design.
In 2001, a financial crisis in Argentina compelled me to look for jobs outside the country, and in 2002 I was hired by an advertising agency in Mexico. Two years later I moved to Miami to build a family with two beautiful dogs.
Today, seated in my office chair, I haven’t forgotten how green the grass was in the park where I used to sleep, where people still sleep today, thinking it’s too late to change their lives for the better. I remain a proud donor to charity organizations that help the homeless.
This is just a little about my creative journey. I have over 25 years of experience in graphic design solutions for businesses. I’m ready to work with you to help you achieve on your business goals.
Thanks!
